Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it can prevent Skintuition from filling that spot, leading to a significant financial impact on the business.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with 24 to 48 hours' notice will incur a late cancellation fee of $75. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. I greatly appreciate your understanding and support of this small business.
Any charges for late cancellations or no-shows will be processed immediately to the credit card on file in the scheduling system.
By booking an appointment with Skintuition, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of the Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
Repeated Rescheduling
Frequent rescheduling can be disruptive to a small business. Please schedule your appointments mindfully to avoid interfering with your other commitments.
For clients who habitually cancel or reschedule, a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit may be required to secure future appointments, even if they comply with the 48-hour cancellation policy.
I understand that committing to appointments in advance may not be feasible for everyone. If you prefer, I can add you to the waitlist and inform you of any openings that become available during the current week. Please let me know if you would like to be added.
Gratuity-Free
Skintuition is a gratuity-free business. All service prices include fair compensation. No tips are accepted.
