This is my first appointment. Which service should I schedule?
Welcome to Skintuition! Please schedule the New Client Consult + Facial as your first appointment. We will first review your history and goals and then you will receive your first facial. We will finish with product recommendations for your home care and scheduling future appointments.

Your online scheduling system won’t let me make an appointment. Is something wrong with it?
My schedule is available online 8 weeks out. There is often a 2+ month wait to get in. Tip #1: schedule a Virtual Consultation now so we can start improving your skin immediately AND we will schedule an in-person appointment ASAP. Tip #2: sign up for my newsletter and you’ll receive emails when there are last minute openings.

Why does your online scheduling system say the appointment is “unavailable”?

If the appointment you are trying to schedule is “unavailable” it means there is no space in my schedule for that type of service. See the Q&As above and below for options.

Can I get in sooner?
Any appointment can be booked to bypass the wait time for 50% extra. Price is dependent on services booked. Overtime services are scheduled by contacting Melissa.

I want to schedule regular appointments. If your schedule is full, how will that work?
Once you are an established client you will have the opportunity to schedule appointments every 4-6 weeks.
