Cancellation & No-Show Policy

The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, often Skintuition is unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48-hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48-hours notice, or no-shows, will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services. Thank you for respecting this small business.

Any charges to the client resulting from late cancellations or no-shows will be charged immediately to the client's credit card on file within the scheduling system.

Please note that we charge for all cancellation reasons, including illness.

Repeated Rescheduling

Repeated rescheduling is disruptive to a small business. Please schedule your appointments mindfully so they do not interfere with your other obligations.

A 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit may be required to hold appointments in advance for clients who are habitual in cancelling/rescheduling regardless of being compliant to our 48-hour cancellation policy.

I completely understand not everyone can commit to appointments in advance. Instead of scheduling ahead, I can add you the waitlist and reach out when there are openings for the current week. Please let me know if you would like to be added to this list.


Gratuity-Free

Skintuition is a gratuity-free business. All service prices include fair compensation. No tips are accepted.
